Orders & Delivery
Do you offer same day delivery in Dubai?
Yes. We offer same day delivery across Dubai, provided your order is placed before 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered the following day. This applies to all areas within Dubai, including residential communities, business districts, and free zones.
Do you deliver to Sharjah on the same day?
Yes. Sharjah is covered under our same day delivery service, just like Dubai. Place your order before 5:00 PM and it will be with you the same evening.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery to Dubai and Sharjah costs AED 20. Delivery to Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, and Fujairah costs AED 25. If your order total is AED 800 or above, delivery is free regardless of which emirate you are in.
How long does delivery take to Abu Dhabi?
Orders to Abu Dhabi are delivered the next day. To qualify for next day delivery, your order needs to be placed before 1:00 PM. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched the following morning and arrive the day after.
Do you deliver to Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain?
Yes, we deliver to all seven UAE emirates without exception. RAK, Ajman, Fujairah, and UAQ all receive next day delivery when orders are placed before 1:00 PM. The delivery fee for these emirates is AED 25, or free on orders of AED 800 and above.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation. If you want a real-time update on your delivery, the fastest way is to WhatsApp or call us on +971 58 533 2021. We can check directly with the courier and give you an accurate ETA.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but you need to act fast. If your order has not yet been picked up by our courier, we can cancel it and process a full refund. Because we dispatch quickly — especially for same day orders in Dubai and Sharjah — please call us immediately on +971 58 533 2021 if you need to cancel. Do not rely on email for cancellations.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
We deliver Saturday through Thursday. On UAE public holidays, deliveries may be delayed by one business day. We will always notify you if your order is affected by a holiday delay.

Yes. All IQOS devices and TEREA sticks sold on Vape Market UAE are 100% original. We do not stock counterfeit or grey market products. The TEREA sticks we carry are compatible with IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA Prime devices and are available in a range of flavours.
What disposable vapes do you carry?

Are your products legal in the UAE?
Yes. All products sold on Vape Market UAE are legally available for adult purchase in the UAE. Vaping products and nicotine pouches are permitted for adults aged 18 and above. We do not sell any products that are banned or restricted under UAE law.
Which IQOS device should I buy — ILUMA or ILUMA Prime?

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD) and online payment options as displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery is available across all UAE emirates. If you have a question about a specific payment method, contact us before placing your order and we will confirm.
Is it safe to pay online on your website?
Yes. Online payments on Vape Market UAE are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers. If you prefer, cash on delivery is always available as an alternative.
Are all prices in AED?
Yes. All prices on our website are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges at checkout beyond the delivery fee where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Unfortunately not. Due to the nature of vaping and nicotine products, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind once the item has been delivered. However, if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely sort it out. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
I received the wrong product. What do I do?
Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp on +971 58 533 2021 or email us at [email protected]. Send us a photo of what you received and your order number. We will arrange collection and send the correct item as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
My item arrived damaged. How do I get a refund or replacement?
Report the damage to us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. Once we verify the damage, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. We arrange collection of the damaged item from your address at no charge.
How long does a refund take?
Once a refund is approved, we process it immediately from our side. Depending on your payment method and bank, the amount typically appears in your account within 3 to 7 business days. For cash on delivery refunds, we coordinate directly with you to arrange the repayment.
Warranty
Do IQOS devices come with a warranty?
Yes. IQOS and ILUMA devices purchased from Vape Market UAE come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware faults that arise under normal use. If your device develops a fault within this period, contact us and we will assess your claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Are disposable vapes covered under warranty?
No. Disposable vapes are single-use consumable products and are not covered by our warranty policy. However, if a disposable arrives completely non-functional straight out of the box — what we call a Dead on Arrival product — report it to us within 24 hours and we will replace it.
My vape device stopped working. What should I do?
First, check whether the issue is covered under our warranty — hardware faults under normal use are covered, but accidental damage, liquid damage, and wear and tear are not. If you believe the fault is a manufacturing issue, WhatsApp us with a short video of the problem and your order number. We will review it and get back to you quickly.

Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can place an order without creating an account. If you prefer to save your details for future orders, you are welcome to register, but it is entirely optional.
Is there an age restriction for buying vape products in the UAE?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any vaping or nicotine product from Vape Market UAE. This is a legal requirement in the UAE and a condition of purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
