If something goes wrong with your order, this page explains clearly what you can do, how quickly you need to act, and what outcome you can expect. We have kept this policy as straightforward as possible so there is no confusion on either side.

Our General Approach to Returns

Due to the nature of vaping products, e-cigarettes, disposables, IQOS devices, TEREA sticks, ZYN nicotine pouches, and related accessories, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or unsealed. This is a health and safety standard that applies across all reputable vape retailers in the UAE and is consistent with general consumer product regulations.

However, we do accept returns and offer refunds in specific situations. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly packed, we will make it right. We do not hide behind fine print, and we do not make the process unnecessarily difficult.

Time Window to Raise a Complaint

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to investigate promptly and resolve the issue quickly. Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted, as it becomes difficult to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

When contacting us, please have your order details ready and, where possible, attach a clear photo of the item showing the damage or defect. This speeds up the entire process significantly.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Getting in touch with us is simple. You do not need to fill out lengthy forms or go through multiple steps. Just reach out directly through any of our support channels and describe the issue clearly.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and respond within a few hours. If a return is approved, we will arrange collection from your address at no additional cost to you. If a refund is the agreed resolution, we will process it back through your original payment method as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we process it from our end immediately. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank. In most cases, refunds are visible within 3 to 7 business days. If you paid cash on delivery, your refund will be coordinated directly through our support team.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned once opened or used: disposable vapes, pre-filled pods, IQOS TEREA sticks, ILUMA devices that have been used, ZYN nicotine pouches, and any consumable or e-liquid product with a broken seal.

This is not a policy designed to protect us, it is a consumer safety standard. Accepting opened nicotine or vaping products back into inventory and reselling them would be irresponsible. We take product integrity seriously for every customer who orders from us.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled and fully refunded without any issue. Once an order has been picked up by our courier, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard delivery and return process applies.

Given our same day delivery service in Dubai and Sharjah, orders can move quickly from placement to dispatch. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order to give us the best chance of stopping it before it leaves our facility.
